Thompson Instructors

The following list of ICTA instructors have met our stringent requirements of approximately 100 hours of approved seminars, earned a Thompson practitioner certification, an in depth knowledge of the Thompson technique, and demonstrate the skills required to teach the next generation of Thompson Technique practitioners.

Tom Kolarik, BS, DC

Dr. Kolarik is a 1994, Magna Cum Laude, graduate of Sherman College. A certified Thompson Technique practitioner,  recognized instructor, and consultant.

Dr. Kolarik is a former Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences and  Case Doctor in the Sherman Health Center.




Tara Madden, BS, DC

Dr. Madden is a 2015, Cum Laude, graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic.  Her passion for Thompson Technique led her to become a certified practitioner and now a recognized instructor.


Dr. Madden is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences and Health Center Case Doctor at Sherman College of Chiropractic.
